At Don’s Downfall, every item is printed just for you the moment you order it.

We work with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner, to create and ship your products on demand β€” which means:

  • No mass production
  • No excess inventory
  • Reduced waste and environmental impact 🌱

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

Please double-check your order details carefully before checkout.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right β€” no questions asked.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at πŸ“§ support@donsdownfall.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the issue (showing the product and defect)
    • A brief description of the proble

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on the situation).

If your tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Confirm the address provided at checkout was correct.
  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us β€” we’ll help file a carrier claim and, where appropriate, send a replacement.

Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order is already in print or fulfillment and can’t be canceled.

International packages may experience customs delays beyond our control.
We can’t issue refunds due to late arrivals caused by customs or courier delays.
