At Donβs Downfall, every item is printed just for you the moment you order it.
We work with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner, to create and ship your products on demand β which means:
- No mass production
- No excess inventory
- Reduced waste and environmental impact π±
Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
Please double-check your order details carefully before checkout.
β οΈ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, weβll make it right β no questions asked.
To report an issue:
- Email us at π§ support@donsdownfall.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (showing the product and defect)
- A brief description of the proble
Once verified, weβll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on the situation).
π¦ Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows βDeliveredβ but you havenβt received your order:
- Confirm the address provided at checkout was correct.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If still unresolved, contact us β weβll help file a carrier claim and, where appropriate, send a replacement.
πΈ Refunds (if applicable)
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5β10 business days. Weβll notify you by email when itβs completed.
π Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order is already in print or fulfillment and canβt be canceled.
π International Orders
International packages may experience customs delays beyond our control.
We canβt issue refunds due to late arrivals caused by customs or courier delays.
